How to prevent a plantar fascia tear

There are several things that can cause a plan tar fascia tear. You need to know these things before time so that you can prevent the plantar fascia tissue from tearing. This tissue is in your foot and it is this tissue that gives your foot the

arch. It extends right from your heel to the ball of your foot, so if something makes the tissue tear then you will experience excruciating pain in this area. The pain will be bearable in the beginning, but as the severity of the tear increases the pain will be unbearable and also the only option available for its treatment will be surgery. If your plantar fascia tissue tears then you should go to a doctor as soon as you get to know about it and you should get it treated so that there are no further problems.

 

This tissue doesn’t tear easily but if a lot of pressure is put onto it consistently then this may cause the plantar fascia tissue to tear. If you wear the wrong shoes and if you spend most of your time in a day, standing then, you are more likely to suffer from this problem. You also need to know that any kind of help pain is not due to plantar fasciitis. If you spend most of you day standing then your feet may hurt because they are tired and not because you are suffering from plantar fasciitis. If the pain subsides in a day or two then you know that the problem was just normal.

knows the cause of the problem he will be able to give you the best treatment. Make it a point to wear the right shoes. If you spend most of your time on your feet then you should wear shoes that are comfortable and that don’t give you any problems.

 

This will prevent you from suffering from plantar fasciitis. Also when you get home make it a point to rest your feet because putting too much pressure on them is not good. Put your feet in hot water and let them soak for sometime so that you can relax and your feet will feel rested.
